Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and accessing any MD Build product (including but not limited to MD Business Launch™ and MD Studios™), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not make a purchase.

2. Lifetime Access & One-Time Payment

When you purchase an MD Build product, you are paying a one-time fee for lifetime access to that product. This means:

• You gain permanent access to the product and all content included at the time of purchase
• You can use the product for as long as MD Build continues to operate
• Lifetime access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another person
• Your access will continue even if future features or pricing changes

3. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Accidental or duplicate purchases
• Technical issues on your end (device, internet, browser compatibility)
• Dissatisfaction with the product content or features
• Not using the product or accessing it within a certain timeframe

4. What You're Purchasing

When you purchase an MD Build product, you receive:

• Access to the product workspace and all guided modules
• Editable templates, planners, and worksheets
• Progress tracking and completion certificates
• Any resources and downloads included with the product
• Access to new features added to the product during your subscription (if applicable)

You do not receive personalized coaching, consulting, or one-on-one support unless explicitly stated in a separate service agreement.

5. Account & Access Rights

5.1 Your Account

Your lifetime access is tied to your account login. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Keeping your email address and contact information current

5.2 Single-User License

Each purchase is a single-user license. Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Allow others to access your account
• Resell access or license to other parties
• Use the product content for commercial purposes without written permission

5.3 Account Loss

If you lose access to your account (e.g., email no longer accessible, account deleted), we cannot recover or restore your access. Please use a secure, permanent email address when creating your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All MD Build content, templates, frameworks, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of MD Build and protected by copyright law. You may:

• Use the materials for personal projects and business use (for yourself only)
• Edit and customize templates for your own business
• Keep copies of completed work for your records

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute the course content outside your account
• Share login credentials to allow others access
• Resell or license the content or materials
• Claim the frameworks or methodologies as your own

7. Product Changes & Updates

MD Build reserves the right to:

• Update, modify, or improve product content and features at any time
• Discontinue features or sections of a product with 30 days notice
• Change the product interface or functionality

Substantial changes that materially reduce the value of your lifetime access will be communicated to you in advance. Lifetime access remains valid through all product updates and changes.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, MD Build does not guarantee uninterrupted access to products. We are not responsible for:

• Server downtime or maintenance
• Internet connectivity issues on your end
• Browser or device compatibility issues
• Third-party platform issues (e.g., Supabase, payment processors)

In the event of extended service unavailability (30+ days), we will work to restore access or discuss alternatives. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

MD Build products are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties about the results you will achieve
• MD Build is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• MD Build's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product

The frameworks and templates are educational tools. Success depends on your own effort, circumstances, and decisions. MD Build is not responsible for business outcomes or financial results.

10. Suspension of Access

MD Build may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Share account credentials with others
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to hack or circumvent security measures
• Redistribute content or materials without authorization

Suspension or termination does not result in a refund of your purchase.

11. Data & Privacy

Your data and account information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using MD Build, you agree to the collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Third-Party Content

Some MD Build products may include or reference third-party tools, resources, or content. MD Build is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or functionality of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MD Build products in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Use the product for illegal activities
• Harassment, spam, or abusive conduct
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the product

14. Amendments to Terms

MD Build may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By purchasing an MD Build product, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be handled through email communication and mutual agreement. We encourage resolving disputes collaboratively.
